We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Hintology.org. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Returns: Accepted only for damaged or defective items, in their original condition.
Digital items & sale items: Non-refundable.
Lost non-tracked shipments: We are not responsible for lost orders if a non-tracked shipping method was selected.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased from Us.

The words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions apply regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Hintology.org, accessible from hintology.org, and its subdomains, in this case: order.hintology.org.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel Your Order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once the Order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged physical Goods. To be eligible for a return, You must:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide a clear photo of the damage or defect.
  • Ensure the Goods are in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads (PDFs) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at Our sole discretion.

Returns for Missing, Defective or Damaged Items

If Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with elements missing, please contact Us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item, and of the received package if items are missing.
  • A description of the issue.

We will assess the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at Our discretion.

Shipping & Non-Tracked Orders

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
  • We cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service.
  • We are unable to issue refunds without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Lost Non-Tracked Shipments

If You choose a non-tracked shipping method, You assume the risk of non-delivery. We do not provide refunds or replacements for lost orders shipped via non-tracked methods. To ensure delivery protection, we highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option.
